Arturo Petrova, M.P., is general director of the Center for Digital Development, and a member of the board of the Academy of Science. His work includes several projects on the use of blockchain technology and digital assets in public and business settings. He is the former co-manager of the Russian Institute for Innovative Solutions and cofounder of the digital currency mining and trading company VyGen. Dr. Petrova received his undergraduate diploma from the Soviet National Institute of Nationalities in Moscow in 1955 and his master’s degree from the University of Moscow.
